Duncan is defined by I-85 and Highway 290, and interstate proximity is hard on paint. Tar spots on lower panels, diesel film from truck traffic and heavy brake dust on wheels are the three things we see on almost every Duncan vehicle. None of them come off with a wash. Tar needs a dedicated solvent, iron fallout needs a chemical remover, and bonded contamination needs clay.
A lot of Duncan works in distribution and logistics, which means work trucks and vans as well as personal vehicles. Work vehicles collect a very different kind of dirt: dust, strapping debris, spilled fluids and ground in dirt in the footwells. Extraction and steam are what fix those, and we can service several vehicles at one site in a day if you run a small fleet.
Around the Byrnes High School area and the newer subdivisions, the typical booking is a family vehicle that has taken a few years of school runs, sports gear and food. That is squarely a full detail at $400, and it is the point where most customers then move onto a monthly maintenance plan to stop it happening again.

Yes. Tar needs a dedicated solvent rather than pressure or scrubbing, and it is included as part of the decontamination step in our exterior detail and full detail. Heavy tar across a whole vehicle, which we do see on cars parked near fresh road work, takes extra time and we will quote it before starting.
The same published prices we charge everywhere. Exterior detailing $150, interior detailing $225, full detail $400, paint correction from $400, ceramic coating from $1,500 and monthly plans at $150. No trip charge to Duncan.
Brake dust is metallic and bonds to wheel faces and paint, which is why rinsing never fully clears it. Iron fallout remover dissolves it chemically and is standard in our exterior detail. If you want it to stop coming back so aggressively, a coating on the wheel faces makes the next clean far easier.
No. As long as we can reach the vehicle and park alongside it, you can be at work or out. Most customers leave the keys and we text when the vehicle is finished. If you would rather be there for the walk around at the end, tell us and we will time it.
